If you need to change your order you can email us at onlineorders@steveregan.com and we can help you edit your order.
When you make your purchase, you will get a tracking code from UPS with your shipping information. You will be able to track your package with this link.
You should receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive it, first check your spam folder. If you still don’t have it contact us at onlineorders@steveregan.com and we can help you out.
An order will only be cancelled if we feel there is fraudulent activity or the items are not in stock. We will communicate with you if this is the case.
Local pickup is a free option available at all our locations. If you can't select local pickup, there may be two reasons why. Either the store you want to pick up from doesn't have that item in stock, or the website has saved your shipping information and you have to change the delivery method. To fix this issue, from the checkout screen where it says 'Ship to' and includes your address you will need to hit 'Change' and this will take you to your Contact Information page where you can change the Delivery method to local pick up. If you remove the out of stock item, you will be able to select local pickup or you can reach out to us directly to finish placing your order.

Steve Regan is a wholesale supplier for farm and ranch supplies. Started in 1936, we have been growing together with our customers ever since. Steve Regan has eight retail locations where we supply our customers with everything they need for their home and ranch. We specialize in gardening, pest control, water pumps and tanks, agricultural supplies and more. We love to share our knowledge that comes with over 200 plus years of experience!
Steve Regan does offer local deliveries within 60 miles of each of our locations. The delivery charge is $25 for standard orders and $50 for larger orders. Additional delivery charges may be applied if the driver is requested to provide services above and beyond what is reasonable. If you place an order on the website, you can just select local pickup and then let us know in the notes that you want to do local delivery. We can then add the delivery fee onto your order and coordinate the local delivery for you.
We do accept tax exempt orders. You will need to create an account with us by hitting the 'Account' button on the top right of the website. Click 'Create account' to add your information to the website. Once you have filled out your information we will have your account information tied to your email address. You can then let us know what your email address is and we can mark your account as tax exempt if it qualifies for this status.
Steve Regan carries a large variety of items. While we have many of those items on our website, not everything we carry is listed on our website. If you can't find what you are looking for, contact us and we can help you out. Give us a call, you'll be glad you did!
